At Vortex Entertainment Wagga, we believe in celebrating our team just as much as we celebrate the fun and excitement we bring to our guests. This August, we’ve had the pleasure of celebrating some significant milestones and achievements with our fantastic staff.
Firstly, a big shout out to Mim Granger, who turned 18 this month! It’s a special milestone, and we’re thrilled she’s spending it with us here at Vortex. Oliver McCabe and Ollie Drummond also celebrated their birthdays in August.
In addition to birthdays, we’re proud to announce the winners of our Quarterly Awards. Congratulations to Ollie Drummond for taking out the Safety Excellence Award, a testament to his dedication to keeping Vortex a safe and enjoyable place for everyone.
Em Phillips was honoured with the Guest Experience Award, reflecting her outstanding commitment to making every visitor’s time at Vortex, well, just what fun looks like!
Our Centre Manager, Noelle Woodland, took home the Overall Achiever Award, a well-deserved recognition of her hard work and leadership.
We also welcomed a new team member, Arsh, to the Vortex family this month. It’s great to have you on board, and we’re excited to see the impact you’ll make.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to our staff who have now been with us for over six months (Some have been here from the beginning 8 months ago!). Your dedication and hard work are what make Vortex Entertainment such a great place to work and play. Shout out to all our amazing team members, Aleah, Amelia, Amity, Amy, Baden, Chanel, Chloe, Elizabeth, Em, Finlay, Grace, Harry W, Harry C, Jack, Jayden, Jude, Lachie, Kate, Kobe, Lily, Liv, Mim, Ned, Noelle, Oliver M, Ollie D, and Preston. Thanks again to our superstar team members that helped out in the school holidays, Hayden, Emille and Cooper. We look forward to having you back next holidays. And finally we are looking forward to the return of Myles in September!
